The Eden Roc Wellness & Spa is a sumptuous facility in an oceanfront location. The Spa has 12 treatment rooms, with a choice of indoor and outdoor cabins. There is a 1,200 square foot yoga area, including 12 aero yoga structures. The gymnasium is extensive and equipped with all the best gear and at 3,000 square feet plenty of space for social distancing. Residents can also enjoy the freshwater pool, landscaped gardens and the rain showers, al fresco jacuzzis, Swedish Sauna and Hammam. The Eden Roc also has private fitness instructors in the gymnasium.

The Punta Espada Golf Course is adjacent to the Eden Roc.

Water sports, residents can enjoy a wide variety of water sports, including kayaking, windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, water skiing, scuba diving and banana boats.

Tennis, there are 4 green Clay tennis courts on the Estate, which are even better than traditional Red Clay Courts.

These largest and most lavish units are the most extensive for indoor and outdoor space and are ideal for large families, looking for the ultimate amenities and space, but offering incredible privacy and such high levels of service, wonderful. These categories include the 3 Bedroom Royal Villa and the 4 Bedroom Imperiale Villa, all of which are not beachfront, but in the garden, pool areas of the Resort of Eden Roc.

The Eden Roc lies beside the 17^th hole of the best golf course in the Caribbean and Mexico, the sensational Nicklaus Signature course, Punta Espada, a course that stuns the senses as soon as you roll up to the understated but elegant clubhouse.

The setting is just break-taking, the golf course stretching out below the clubhouse terrace, twisting and turning its way down to the dramatic ocean and rugged rocky coastline at the far end of the course. The drama unfolds no better than at the gorgeous par 5 second hole, which winds its way down to the sea from an elevated tee, a wonderful and memorable golf hole. There are half a dozen awe-inspiring holes beside the Caribbean Sea, with greens and tees so close to the surf which crashes onto adjacent rocks, you can feel the sea spray on your face.

The course also has wonderful wildlife and there are some spectacular iguanas who reside in the wild rocky terrain, you can often see them close to the high elevated tees slipping away into the bushes adjacent, some of them are 8 foot long!
