Mauritius to Open New Golf Course November 2018

Le Mont Choisy – a new course close to Grande Baie in the north west of the Island, will be opening its doors in November 2017, a superb design by Peter Matkovitch who also built the great Heritage Golf Club at Bel Ombre.

This is the most exciting development in Mauritius for many years and is in a stunning location, where the climate is the best year round and situated close to the superb Beachcomber property at Trou aux Biches.

The course has been a massive investment and when it opens will have a mature look and feel due to the amazing quantity of plants and trees which have been imported to the site. One could describe the layout as stadium style with a links twist, but every hole is framed separate to any other, giving it a really impressive feel.
