201 bedrooms across 11 cottages all with ocean view, Two restaurants, 3 Beaches, Two Bars, Beach Club Restaurant, Cave Pool & Cave Spa, Water Sports, Tennis Courts, Extensive lobby and Gardens. The unique Spa offers customers massages in underground Caves with pontoons on water, a wonderful and remarkable experience. Special mention of the all-inclusive option available at Grotto Bay which includes most food and beverages and transport passes around the Island and the Water Ways, as well as some water-sports.

There are 201 bedrooms, all of which have Ocean View across 11 different cottage buildings. Superior rooms are first floor bedrooms, deluxe rooms are located on the second and third floors, whilst Ocean Front bedrooms are on the Water-Front. Notably the superior rooms are located higher up on the ridge and have cracking views north, north west across the Estuary and beyond. All rooms were refurbished in 2017 and are of similar size and outlook. There are only 2 junior suites and 1 suite close to the Water Front.

Bermuda has 5 excellent golf courses all with their own unique quality, design and location. One thing that they all have in common is their outstanding and exhilarating ocean views.

The Port Royal Course located close to Cambridge Beaches is very well known across the world and has hosted the Grand Slam Champion of Champions Event several times. The course is undulating, spectacular, with elevated tees and big greens and superb ocean views at every twist and turn, especially in the back nine. It is a fantastic golf challenge enhanced by a first-class hill top clubhouse with a super restaurant called Bella Vista.

Also, situated on the south coast of Bermuda is the 18-hole par 3 course called Turtle Hill. Host of the World Par Three Championship Turtle Hills lies below the impressive Fairmont Princess property. The par 3 course is superb, it is challenging with short holes, long holes and incredibly well manicured year-round. A refreshing test of golf and quick to play but never easy, again the Clubhouse offers a great restaurant for post play.

The Belmont Hills Golf course lying close to the Newstead Belmont Hills Hotel, is a strong local members course, relatively short, but incredibly scenic, with many great holes with ocean views. The course is tight and undulating and tough to score on with small and unusually shaped difficult greens, the finishing 4 holes are exceptional and challenging with the 17^th being the most impressive par 3 with ocean backdrop from a high hill-top tee.

Moving across to the East Coast you will find the two most exclusive golf courses at Mid Ocean and Tucker’s Point. These incredible and well renowned golf courses are very close to the exclusive Rosewood Bermuda and the all-inclusive property at Grotto Bay Beach Resort.

Tucker’s Point is a great golf course, with as many wonderful ocean vistas as prevalent at Port Royal. The golf course is wonderful from start to finish – the back nine particularly excel and the finishing holes take one to a different level of excitement, stand out holes are undoubtedly 10, 11 and 17! A special mention of the clubhouse at Tucker’s Point which has a first-class Italian restaurant which is run by the Rosewood Group.

Leaving the best for last, we find the exceptional Mid Ocean course, which is often ranked in the World’s Top 10 courses! Mid Ocean has everything a great golf should have, history, challenge, scenery, ocean views, the very best maintenance levels and the air of exclusivity, with a marvellous clubhouse. The course has a very good mix of ocean side holes and inland holes which are equally impressive and enjoyable, it is always fair and at the same time challenging. The 18^th and 1^st holes have great backdrops of ocean.
