The course here is perched on the side of a large cliff, laid out over several plateaus. Designed by Donald Steel in 2003 it is definitely one of the best courses in the Canary Islands for sheer exhilaration, it almost appears that every hole is downhill! The best golf hole is the 10^th which is next to a cliff face and involves playing a shot over a ravine. Some of the holes on the course at the start of the round are more arid and have a desert style to the terrain with all the rocks in play and then further down the mountain, closer to the hotel you are surrounded by tropical palms and fruit trees. Every hole boasts views of the Atlantic Ocean and the west coast of Tenerife.
